Authentication & Roles
Sign-In
Sign in with email and password or via single sign-on (SSO). Sessions are secured and expire automatically after inactivity.
Team Invitations
Admins invite new members from Settings → Team. Each invitation includes a role assignment. Members receive an email link to create their account.
Roles & Permissions
Owner
Full control including billing, plan changes, and ownership transfer. One per organization.
Admin
Full access to settings, team management, and all data. Cannot change billing or transfer ownership.
Manager
Access to inbox, calendar, clients, analytics, and team supervision. Cannot modify clinic-wide settings.
Member
Access to inbox, calendar, and assigned clients. Ideal for practitioners and receptionists.
Viewer
Read-only access. Can see inbox, calendar, and client data but cannot take actions.
